Tebekin vs. Guliev to headline #M1Challenge103.
Two dangerous light heavyweights will headline Battle in the Mountains 8 in Ingushetia on July 20th.
Dmitry Tebekin (10-4) joined M-1 Global in 2017 and since then won four of his five fights in the promotion. The 28-year-old athlete is a well-rounded fighter with great striking and grappling skills. In the first event of promotion in 2019 Tebekin defeated an experienced opponent from Poland and won his title shot. In five weeks he will fight for the title on his opponent’s territory in Ingushetia.
Amirkhan Guliev (9-1) will step into the Rage on his home turf for the fifth time. The Ingush Lion finished all four of his opponents in M-1 Global in the very first round, three of them were forced to tap and one was knocked out. Guliev has a finish rate of 77% and fighting in front of his own fans at home he will be extremely motivated to add one more finish to his record and capture the title.
On July 20th we will know the name of the next M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion!
