Being well prepared is half the battle! It is always fun meeting new sparring partners and being able to show them the lightness of IFG MMA training in a very special way. We stacked the perfect training from 1 week to entire 6 weeks fight camp for you!
As a beginner, intermediate, advanced in MMA or Amateur you can get fit or fitter in our intensive week of MMA holiday and boot camp (6 days and 5 nights). You can join us with your Team, friends, partner and family (ask for group discounts) Our camp in (Steyr) at the Upper Austria is one of the most visited touristic areas in Austria. We specialize in MMA training camp holidays. The weather and the Mountains provide the best training conditions. As an amateur or professional we organize the best sparring partner for your fights. You and your team and friends can book us from 1 to 6 weeks. Train in our MMA Camp near the Alps and in our 2.000 square meter Fitness Gym retreat in the same atmosphere of Rocky IV movie.
