Miller‘s was due to face Anthony Joshua in June 2019 but the fight was cancelled with The New York State Athletic Commission denying the Brooklyn based heavyweight a boxing licence following three failed tests.
Miller was found to have banned substances GW1516, HGH and EPO were found in his system from a tests carried out in March 2019 on the lead up to his fight against Joshua.
